Astrology for the week of September 24, 2012

This is another exciting week full of possibilities. The theme for this week is to celebrate with family and community. Take the time to acknowledge and appreciate your support system. Sometimes it is so easy to get caught up with life and forget to be grateful for those that are helping you on your path.

Monday, September 24, we will experience the beginning of an aspect called Thor’s Hammer. It involves Venus, Mars and Uranus. Its effects will be felt through the 27^th. Thor’s Hammer or as some call it, Gods Fist makes itself known. This energy will affect the areas of love and money as Venus is involved. Thor’s Hammer can trigger a high level of criticism from others. It may feel as if you are being attacked from every direction. The trick is to not get caught up in what you hear and start reacting. People are only reflecting what you believe about yourself. There is no outside enemy, though at times, it may be hard to believe. Try not to take personally what you hear, as it is really a blessing in disguise. You now know what is stopping you from ascending into the real you. And remember with Pluto still square Uranus, this energy allows you to make changes and have new beginnings. It just may be a bit or a lot bumpy for a while. But it is all good.

Saturday, September 29, we experience the peak of the Sun-Uranus-Pluto T square (tension) that started on the 21^st. Think of this as being in the cocoon being transformed into the butterfly. This reminds me of a wind farm where they kept the trees sheltered in a dome. They soon discovered that the trees were weak and needed the interaction with the wind and the elements to grow strong. So, what appears to be annoying, traumatic and unnecessary are simply events to help you discover your strength and to break down the limiting beliefs that you cling to.

So, if that is not enough, another T-square begins today. This one involves Venus-Mars-and Neptune.  Venus is love and money. Mars is physical energy and Neptune is illusion or in some cases, delusion. This energy will highlight the lies you believe especially about relationships. Do you believe in betrayal? If you do, it will happen. Do you believe that no one will want you? It will happen. And if you say you don’t and it happens anyway, you somehow have a belief and very possibly, a genetic belief that has been passed down from generation to generation that supports it.

OK. This is like one of those info commercials on late night TV….Wait, there’s more……We have another Full Moon in Aries that appears at 8:19 pm PDT and it is conjunct Uranus. Aries represents new beginnings and with Uranus in the mix, expect radical new beginnings. And to make it even more powerful, the Sun, Pluto and Moon are peaking in their T-square. (See above.) It will be like trying to hold the lid down on a boiling pot that has a full fire under it. Old Astrology would say that this will be a prime time for babies to be born and also for the lunatics to come out.

The Sabian symbol for this Full Moon is, “A woman's hat with streamers blown by the east wind.”  The message I got from the channel was to notice the signs in what is happening around you this week and not to try to stop what happens. The important thing to remember is to use this energy to set your intention every day. Allow yourself to be guided from your heart. Then put your plans into action.

The card that I pulled for this week is Chakra Clearing from Doreen Virtue. The card represents Archangel Metatron. “Call upon me to clear and open y our chakras, using sacred geometric shapes.”
