Astrology for the week of March 26, 2012

The theme for this week is gratitude. Be grateful for everything in your life. Take the time to write everyday, at least five things you are grateful for. Studies have shown that people who are depressed who did this every day for a month dramatically improve versus the group that took anti-depressants. Writing a gratitude journal created an energy that allowed positive things to happen in their lives.

The first part of the week is relatively quiet in regards to new aspects. However, we are still dealing with mercury retrograde along with intermittent solar flares, which has an effect on technology. Mercury retrograde by itself, cause glitches with communication and travel. Best way to deal with this is to remember, “It is what it is.” Then let it go.

Thursday, March 29, there will be two difference energies to work with today. Mercury is sextile (working together) with Venus. Mercury is communication and mental contemplation. Venus is love and money. This means that this is a good time to look for creative solutions and visualizations for work, business, money, and relationships. New doors are opening.

The next energy is the Sun square Pluto, which will highlight what is not working in your life. For some of you, this means that instead of receiving inspiring guidance or opportunities opening up, you will be frustrated with the issues that arise. This is wonderful, as it shows the areas that you need to change your thinking. Here is the key. What you are experiencing is exactly what you expect in life (beliefs). Expectations are not what you want to have happen, which is what you are taught to believe. Expectations are the background programs that are running all the time, which you are not aware of. It is what you truly believe. Therefore, the gift of the two transits today is that you will see what you really expect of life, love, money, etc. Knowledge is power and once you see what you really believe, you can make the choice to change it.

Sunday, April 1, Venus (love and money), Mars (energy and action), and Neptune (delusion, illusion, and confusion) form a T-square, which is a challenging aspect. This peaks on April 7. This is a continuation of the energy that we experienced on Thursday. You thought you had the answers but now you are not sure what to do. It means to do nothing and become comfortable with not knowing. We are so goal oriented as a society. We want to have an agenda and to control everything. That also means that you do not trust that what you want to have happen will happen. Let go and have the confidence that everything is happening the way it is supposed to. Trust that you are divinely guided. Revisit what you really believe is true, not what you want to be true. Allow yourself to change your perception of life. This will change everything.

The card that I pulled for this week is the Fool- Child (Voyager Tarot). You are starting a new phase in the journey of life. There is no manual or map. Trust is the key. Bolding go where you have never gone before. Until you make the commitment to go forward, the door does not open.
