Astrology for the week of January 10, 2011

The theme for this week is Divine Doorway: Inner Vision. It is time to contemplate a doorway to your divine center. This doorway will lead past the constraints of third dimensional reality to a place of truth within. Ask your guides and teachers to assist you in moving to a quiet place where you will be ready to receive exactly the information you need at this moment. Listen to the voice of your intuition. If you feel that the doorway is blocked, go into meditation and try to identify the obstruction. Then by your intention, move it through and out of the way or blast it into a million pieces. Then walk right through the doorway.

On Monday, January 10, Mercury is positively aspecting Neptune. Be ready to receive as inspiration and intuitive thoughts will be coming your way.

On Tuesday, January 11, Mercury is active with aspects to Jupiter and Chiron. This will be a healing day as you will become aware of the obstacles that are holding you back. Watch what comes up that needs to be released. You will want to know the truth and it will be revealed.

Wednesday, January 13, Mars is aspecting Jupiter and Mercury goes into Capricorn through February 2. You will be rearing to go with lots of energy and practical ideas.

On Friday, January 15, Mars moves into Aquarius. Whereas Capricorn energy is practical, enduring and down to earth, Aquarian energy is future oriented, humanitarian and community oriented. What can you do to save the world? Don’t just sit and feel helpless. Write your congressman, attend community meetings. Do something to make it a better world for everyone.

The card that I pulled for this week is Icosahedron: Perspective. This geometric solid represents the beginning of a new consciousness and is water, liquid and fire. Choosing this card suggests that the subject of your inquiry has been on your mind for some time. It is like a continuous loop going nowhere and it is time to seek a new perspective. Ask for guidance from the female receptive aspect of your being an allow the flow to enter your thoughts in way that will release the old patterns and bring light and higher wisdom. You may be surprised at how easily you untangle the situation once you see it from a fresh vantage point.
