Astrology for the Week of June 25, 2012

The theme for this week is “making new friends.” One of the challenges of evolving spiritually is that not everyone goes on the path with you. As old friends leave your life, new ones will come in.  Make it a point to meet new people that will support you in your transformation.

Monday, June 25, we will experience Jupiter square Neptune. This is an interesting aspect in light of the turbulence and shake-up energy of last week.  This aspect can bring two directions.  One is incredible luck or a change in fortune.  The other is restlessness and impatience with the restrictions in your life.  This will make you push to make changes in your life so that you can be free. However, the caution is to think through what you want to change and to not act rashly.  Saturn turns direct today which makes is a wonderful time to start something new.  Saturn represents your capacity to create order, form, and discipline in your life.  Now is the time to start those projects that you put aside.  Instead of thinking about what you want to do, do it.  Mercury moves into Leo today, which makes you want you to speak your truth in the world.  Leo makes bold statements, so what is it that you want to say?

Wednesday, June 27, Venus goes direct.  This will make the energy flow much better in the areas of money and love.

Friday, June 29, we will experience a Sun-Pluto opposition.  This will bring up issues from the past, especially ones that are preventing you from experiencing the success you deserve.  The Sun is in Cancer, so the issues will be old ones from your family.  Did your family believe that the rich get richer, and the poor get poorer?  On the other hand, were they affected from the depression and are hoarders?  There even may be ones that you are not aware of.

Saturday, June 30, the Sun is trine Chiron.  This will bring healing energy to clear the old issues that surfaced this week.

The thought for the week comes from Ramtha, The White Book.  “The wonderful thing about this kingdom is that it is ongoing and changeable, and you can be any player you wish to be.  As you advance upon the platform of life, you advance to plateaus, which offer you a stage to play out the illusions that will provide the greatest learning within your being.  And upon that stage you have the freedom to become king or pauper, lover or loved, slave or freeman, whatever illusion will provide you the understanding your soul needs for fulfillment.”
