The theme for this week is happiness. The world that we live in makes happiness an elusive stage that is just out of reach. That happiness is something that comes as the result of work whether, spiritual, mental, emotional, or physical. Yet, major research studies show that the opposite is true. Happiness comes first and prosperity comes next. Focus on happiness this week.
On Tuesday, February 28, the Sun is sextile Pluto. This is a working alliance that allows creativity, opportunity for solutions, and clarity, which will be welcomed after the confusing energy of last week. Today, you can accomplish much. Put it to good use.
Friday, March 2, it is a very busy day energetically. Mercury enters Aries through March 23. This will make your mind very active and you will be aware of all sorts of possibilities. It can also make you impulsive and impatient, so take time to contemplate and meditate. There also are two grand trines, which make energy flow easy. The first is a grand trine between the Moon, Neptune, and Saturn. This makes it a wonderful day to walk you talk and practice what you know to be true. The second grand trine is with Mars, Jupiter, and Pluto bringing opportunity and energy to put plans into action. Remember the theme for this week. It has been proven that when people are happy they see more opportunities. Now, I know that a lot of you have some pretty heavy stuff going on in your lives, which will make this especially challenging. The key is to be able to look at your life without judgment; that what you are experiencing just simply is. Now, this does not mean shutting down emotionally because being in neutral does not bring the rewards that happiness does. It means doing little things during the day that bring you pleasure. There was a study done with doctors to see how happiness affected how accurately they diagnosed. The doctors were put into three groups. The first group was primed for happiness before the test. The second group was given medical statements to read and the third group was given nothing. The first group outscored the other two groups with accuracy and speed. What was really interesting was priming for happiness that they received before the test. They were all given a piece of candy. Now, they were not allowed to eat the candy, as they researchers did not want a sugar high to affect the results. However, just the simple act of receiving a piece of candy changed the results of the test. Therefore, happiness does not need to be something big, little bits of happiness count.

The card that I pulled for this week is Joy from the Ascended Masters by Doreen Virtue. "Joy is the highest energy of all. It is the magical sense that everything is possible, Joy springs from appreciating the gifts within each moment. Joy allows you to attract and create your present and future moments at their highest possible levels.”
