The theme for this week is “embrace the unknown and not knowing.” It is depicted by the Five of Water from the Gaian Tarot Deck. This is especially important with the Sun, Neptune, Moon, and Mercury all in Pisces. Clarity is definitely not the theme this week. So many planets in Pisces bring confusion to all events and actions. This is so nicely portrayed with the Five of Waters, which shows a woman with a scrying bowl. The bowl does not reveal answers at this time. There is fogginess all around. So for those of you with developed intuitive ability, it will be frustrating as you will not be able to pick up any signs. Life is a series of cycles and this is the part of the cycle where everything is hidden. It does not mean that nothing is happening but it just means you must be OK with not knowing.
The week starts off with a New Moon at 2:35 pm PST in Pisces. In addition, it is conjunct the Sun and Neptune at the same time. Chiron and Pallas, one of the asteroids, are also close by which promotes new beginnings in healing and creative expression. This does not mean that you will be given the answers on how to do this or how it will happen. It simply means that it is the time to plant new seeds for a new beginning. The Sabian Symbol for this New Moon is “An aviator in the clouds.” This image lets you know that like the aviator, you will not see where you are going. You only see clouds and must rely on instruments to let you know where you are. This means that you must rely on the intuitive feeling that this is the direction you need to be going. There will be no other signs until the clouds clear. Then you will get your answers.
Thursday, February 23, there will be a Mercury – Mars opposition. This is the time to not let you emotions control you resulting in giving everyone a piece of your mind. The delusional quality of Pisces will not let you see the whole picture, so even though you think you have all the facts, you do not. Use the energy to put passion into what you wanted a new beginning on. Breathe life into it.
Friday, February 24, we will experience a Sun-Chiron conjunction in Pisces which will bring to a peak the healing energy that was set into motion with the New Moon. It will also be a wonderful time to mediate on peace and love and put it out to the universe.
Saturday, February 25, there will be a sextile between the Sun and Jupiter, which will bring opportunities to put your new beginnings into action. The Piscean energy will not bring clarity as to which opportunity you should draw in. You will have to use your heart and go with what feels right. Logic will not help you at this time.
The card that I pulled for this week is Caroline Myss’s healing card. Moreover, the message is perfect for this week. “To be sure of the road, close your eyes and walk in the dark. Spiritually closing your eyes permit Heaven to enact the most wonderful guidance in your life. Say the prayer, “Open a new road to me today,” and expect eh unexpected. When it appears, accept the gift.”
