The theme for this week is the archetype, the Liberator. When you are successfully using this energy, you are freeing yourself and others from outmoded beliefs and releasing negative thought patterns. When you are misusing this energy, you are imposing your own tyranny over those you claim to liberate. It is your way or the highway. Where are you with this energy this week?
On Monday, November 7, Mars is in opposition to Neptune. This usually represents a time when your energy is low and you are discouraged. So, it is a good time to lie low and take it easy. However, with Neptune going direct in 2 days, it brings an optimistic spin to the awareness that what you are experiencing right now is the result of your past actions and thinking. This actually is wonderful because instead of saying, “I know what is going to happen, and it won’t be good,” tell yourself, “What I am experiencing is the result of my old way of thinking, and I am choosing to change my thinking.
On Wednesday, November 9, Neptune goes direct today. However, Neptune is a slow moving planet, so the energy has been building up over the past two weeks and will continue for the next two. This reversal of energy creates favorable conditions for going forward with creative ideas that have been gestating for the past year. You have been doing a lot of work on letting go of old beliefs that no longer server you, now you can start seeing the results of this work.
We have a Full Moon in Taurus on Thursday, November 10. It will peak at 12:16 am PST. The Sabian Symbol for this Full Moon is “A new continent is rising out of the ocean.” This definitely collaborates with the energy created by Neptune going forward on Wednesday. It is time for a new consciousness to start rising. The shift just does not suddenly happen in 2012, it is a transformational process that is happening now. Chiron also goes direct today, which will create positive energy for healing all areas of your life.
On Friday, November 11, nothing significant astrologically is happening today, because the date is really 11/11/2011. 11/11/11 was 2000 years ago. Perhaps, instead of looking outward for something profound and meaningful, look within and realize you already are what you have been seeking and what you wanted 11/11/2011 to be. Make that your focus instead of something outside of youself.
On Saturday, November 12, Mars is in opposition to Chiron. This will bring up new areas of your life that you need healing in and with the strong energy this week, sudden abrupt change can happen at the same time. For some, it will be the break/opportunity you have been waiting for, for others it will be the rug being pulled out from under you, so that you will let go and move forward.
