Astrology for the Week of December 12, 2011

The theme for this week is celebration. What are the good things that are happening in your life? What is working? What brings you joy? We all know what is going wrong but we need to celebrate what is right. Celebrate everything.

Mercury retrograde ends on Tuesday, December 13. This will help the energy to flow with the projects you already have in progress. However, try to delay starting brand new projects until after the New Moon on December 24 especially if they are very important.

Thursday, December 15, we will experience a t-square with Jupiter, Saturn, and Venus. Actually, you have been feeling this energy all week and it will continue through the weekend. This is a hard aspect that will affect love and money in your life as Venus is at the apex. T-squares mean that the energy is out of balance and in conflict. In addition, the energy will make you feel impulsive and want to do something immediately. As the t-square is in a cardinal sign, it will be concerned with identity. Think of this as a reality check concerning relationships and money. Do they honor you or are you holding on out of fear? So take time to discern if you are acting from your heart or your head because when you are emotional, it will be hard to tell them apart. The interesting thing is that there is also a mystic triangle along with the T square. Mystic triangles are both positive aspects and negative aspects that require balance in order to work. When you integrate this energy into your life, it represents a core of strength along with a solid foundation that can be a great gift in handling whatever else life throws at you. Just set you intention each morning that you will experience balance and harmony in your life and then you will see the hidden opportunities that this transit brings.
