Astrology for the Week of December 13, 2010

The theme for this week is Kokopelli: Fertility. Kokopelli’s message is that it is time to use your talents in creating fertility in some area of your life. If things have been slow moving, Kokopelli’s song is saying that whatever you intend to plant at this time will be very productive for you.

A lot of energy moves this week. On Monday, December 13, Retrograde Mercury is conjunct Pluto and Mars today. This will create intense mental activity concerning past events your life. This will reveal the beliefs in your life that do not serve you anymore. With Mars in this mix, it can cause arguments or make you want to confront and resolve everything at once. Retrograde Mercury will make communication difficult, so just be aware of what needs to be changed and take baby steps right now.

Thursday, December 16, the Sun is square Jupiter. This is an extremely useful energy because it will give you energy to get ahead in almost any way that you desire, provided that you are disciplined. The trick here will be to be balanced as there will be a tendency to try to do more than you can handle.

On Saturday, December 18, the Sun is sextile Neptune. This energy will allow you to be super aware of other people’s energy. This also will be a great day for intuitive insight and awareness that has been eluding you for some time. With the Sun square Uranus, expect the unexpected.

On Sunday, December 19, the Sun is conjunct Mercury. Even though, Mercury is retrograde, this is a great day to start new projects or to rework old ones. Communication will be at an all time high today.
