Astrology for the Week of April 12, 2010

The theme for this week is Sacred Geometry: Transformation. The message is to acknowledge the transformations that are happening in your life. This is not an instaneous process but like the butterfly moving from egg to larva to cocoon to adult, the changes in your life will progress through a series of changes. Open yourself to the wisdom that is coming your way. Use your intuition and personal discernment and remember: quantum physics tells us that tiny packets of light comprise all the matter in the universe. Between the bursts of light are small still places called “choice points.” You always have a choice in the matter. Know that change does not have to be traumatic. You may choose to embrace the changes that are taking place or you will see that this is not the correct path for your personal growth, and use these choice points to redirect the path of your transformation.

Monday, April 12, is a day for healing relationships and also for other healing opportunities. Remember that no matter how justified you are in being angry with another person, as long as you react emotionally to the situation, you are hurting yourself. You have to let go and move beyond in order to completely heal.

Wednesday, April 14, is a New Moon. This is the perfect time for new beginnings. The Sabian Symbol for this New Moon is an interesting one, “The possibility for man to gain experience at two levels of being.” Think about this one for a while. It is telling you that not only will you begin to learn how to successfully navigate this world; you will start seeing it with a new perspective. What is it that you believe is true but really isn’t? Give yourself permission to see the real truth which as the saying goes “will set you free.”

Saturday, April 17 will be a good day for love and money as Venus is aspecting Jupiter. Meditate on being money or love or go for it and do both. Remember what I always say, “You have to be it inside before you will see it outside of you.”

Sunday, April 18 is a great day for inspiration with the Sun sextile Neptune. Take the time to hear the divine voice inside of you. Our friend, Mercury goes retrograde today, so that will slow down communication of all kinds. This also affects technology and travel, so prepare for unexpected delays or malfunctions that will slow you down. Mercury will go direct on May 11.

Laughter: this card tells you to lighten up. It is so easy to become so serious about life and yet the lesson is to laugh at everything. Read books or watch movies with funny happy endings. Laughter is so important for the healing process.

Music: This card says to take the time to hear the music in your life. Like laughter, music is very healing. Listen to sounds that bring peace, joy and a sense of awe into your life.

Healing Card: May your heart sing and your soul rejoice. Experience the wonder of life. Celebrate all that is good and blessed about your life, realizing that gratitude is a powerful remedy. Appreciating your blessings increases the vitality of your life force.
